Woman Spots Naked Man At Wheaton Apartment Complex: Police Blotter

The man was wearing nothing but a skull cap, according to a police report.

A woman told police that she came across a man in the buff on Wheaton's east side.

The naked sighting occurred at about 4:45 a.m. Sept. 25 at an apartment complex on the 1700 block of East 22nd Street, according to a police report. The woman was walking her dog around the east side of one of the buildings toward 22nd Street.

The man was completely naked except for a dark-colored knit skull cap, the report said. He was described as white, heavyset and in his late twenties or early thirties.

"When the subject saw her, he stared at her briefly, then turned and walked around the north side of the building, out of her line of sight," the report said.

When the woman came around the building, the naked man was gone.
