Woman Reports Theft of $2,700 in Jewelry

Two pieces were removed from a jewelry box in her home between October and Dec. 12, 2013.

A resident reported at 3:07 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, that someone had stolen two pieces from her home.


The woman told police she keeps the jewelry box in the bedroom of her home on the 1200 block of Lorraine Road. She also told police that recently she has had many people inside her home. The theft occurred between October 2013 and Dec. 12, 2013.


The value of the two pieces of jewelry was estimated at $2,700.
