DUI
Police arrested Jeff Winternheimer of the 1800 block of Rose Court in Wheaton for driving under the influence of alcohol Sunday, Apr. 29. Winternheimer, 44, drove a black 2004 Hummer H-2 in the 800 block of Plamandon Road around 12:30 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

License
Police arrested a 40-year-old West Chicago man for driving with a suspended license Saturday, Apr. 28. He drove a white 1999 Toyota Avalon near the intersection of Main Street and Seminary Avenue around 3:40 p.m. when police stopped him. He was released on the scene.

Police arrested a 20-year-old Wheaton man for driving on a suspended license Saturday, Apr. 28. He drove a red 2001 Mitsubishi near the intersection of Western and Lyon streets around 7:45 a.m. when police stopped him. He was released on the scene.
Police arrested a 27-year-old West Chicago man for driving without a valid license Friday, Apr. 27. He drove a white 1993 Chevy pickup near the intersection of Geneva Road and Main Street around 8:45 a.m. when police stopped him. He was released on the scene.
Theft
Police arrested a Chicago woman on a warrant for a theft that occurred Jan. 11 in the 800 block of Butterfield Road. Darris Kimberly, 30, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. at the Wheaton Police Department, booked and released later that morning, police said.
Trespassing
Police arrested John Cholewinski, 42, of the 700 block of Liberty Drive in Wheaton on a warrant for trespassing a resident’s property in the 400 block of Chopin Court in Wheaton Saturday, Apr. 21. He was arrested at the Wheaton Police Department at 5 p.m. Friday, Apr. 27 and released later that night.
