Wheaton Police Report Disorderly Conduct, Protection Order Violation and 8 License Arrests

Disorderly conduct

Police arrested Robert Schnable of the 700 block of Liberty Drive, Wheaton on a warrant for disorderly conduct Tuesday, Feb. 28. Police arrested Schnable, 51 in the 100 block of Bridge Street about 1:30 a.m. and taken to DuPage County Jail.

Violation of an order of protection

Police arrested Daiva Sandanviciute, 35, of Chicago on a warrant for violating an order of protection Thursday, Feb. 23. She was arrested in the 100 block of Front Street in Wheaton around 1 a.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Invalid license

Police cited a 33-year-old Carol Stream woman for driving without a valid license Tuesday, Feb. 28. She drove a red Chevy Monte Carlo near the intersection of Bridle Lane and President Street about 9 a.m. when police stopped her. She was released on the scene.

Police arrested Rolando Delgado-Reyes, 30, of Melrose Park for driving with a suspended registration and an invalid license Tuesday, Feb. 28. Delgado-Reyes drove a white 2002 Ford Explorer near the intersection of Bloomingdale and Geneva roads about 12 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested Melissa Slabik of Lombard for driving with an invalid license Monday, Feb. 27. Slabik, 24, drove a black Honda Accord near the intersection of Blanchard Street and Roosevelt Road about 9:20 p.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

Police arrested Crystal Bennett of Sugar Grove on a warrant for driving with a suspended license Monday, Feb. 27. Police arrested Bennett, 30, at Kane County Jail about 6 a.m. and took her to DuPage County Jail.

Police cited an 18-year-old West Chicago man for driving without a valid license Sunday, Feb. 26. He drove a silver 2000 Chevy Cavalier near the intersection of Dorchester Street and Roosevelt Road around 8 p.m. when police stopped him. He was released on the scene.

Police arrested Nicholas Frano of the 1700 block of Childs Street in Wheaton for trespassing a vehicle, resisting and obstructing an officer and driving with an invalid license Saturday, Feb. 25. Frano, 22, drove a red 2002 Chevy Malibu near in the 1700 block of Childs Street around 11:30 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

Police cited a 33-year-old Bolingbrook woman for driving without a valid license Friday, Feb. 24. She drove a blue 2002 Chrysler Town & Country near the intersection of Danada Drive and Naperville Road around 9 p.m. when police stopped her. She was released on the scene.

Police arrested Elizabeth Kruse of the 700 block of Irving Avenue in Wheaton for driving without a valid license Thursday, Feb. 23. Kruse, 48, drove a white 2002 Jeep Liberty in the 2000 block of Main Street around 3:30 p.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.
