Wheaton Police Report 3 Drug Arrests

Police reported the following arrests.

Police arrested a 20-year-old Rockford man for possession of drug paraphernalia and cannabis possession Sunday, Dec. 11. He drove a red 2007 Dodge Caliber near the intersection of Roosevelt and County Farm roads around 9:20 p.m. when police stopped him. He was released on the scene.

Police arrested a 19-year-old Wheaton woman for marijuana possession, obstructing identification, driving with no valid license and speeding Monday, Dec. 12. Kimberly Steward, of the 2100 block of Roosevelt Road in Wheaton drove a silver 2008 Dodge Avenger near the intersection of Pierce Street and Roosevelt Road around 12:30 p.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

Police issued a local ordinance citation to a 22-year-old Glen Ellyn woman for marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane usage and an improper turn Tuesday, Dec. 13. She drove a gray 2002 Chevy Cavalier near the intersection of Butterfield and Naperville roads around 12:30 a.m. when police stopped her. She was released on the scene.
