Wheaton Police Report 2 Marijuana Arrests, Felony Hit-and-Run

Marijuana
Police issued local ordinance citations for marijuana and drug paraphernalia to a 22-year-old Wheaton man Monday, May 21. Robin Kesselman, of the 1200 block of Westhaven Drive was cited near the intersection of Roosevelt and Warrenville roads around 2:20 a.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested a Wheaton woman for marijuana possession Friday, May 18. Francis Tompkinson, 30, of the south 0-100 block of Cottonwood Drive, drove a blue 2006 Chevy Impala in the 900 block of Roosevelt Road around 9 p.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

Hit-and-run
Police arrested an Aurora man for a hit and run from an injury crash, a felony, Wednesday, May 16. Robert Dickerson, 37, drove a red 1995 Chevy dump truck near the intersection of Butterfield Road and Leask Lane around 6:20 p.m. when the crash occurred. He was arrested near the scene around 6:30 p.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and taken to DuPage County Jail.
