SATURDAY, DEC. 14, 2013


Pickup Vandalized


Police were dispatched at 10:17 p.m. to the 1200 block of South Lorraine Road on a report of vandalism to a 2008 Dodge Dakota while it was parked in a parking lot. According to police, someone scratched the vehicle, broken the driver-side window, slashed the front leather seats and thrown an undetermined purple liquid throughout the interior of the vehicle.


Catalytic Converter Stolen


Police were dispatched at 3:19 p.m. to the 1700 block of East Roosevelt Road for a report of a catalytic converted from a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier while it was parked in a lot on that block. The theft occurred between 7 p.m. Dec. 5 and noon Dec. 7, 2013. The device was valued at $600.

License Plate Theft


Police were dispatched at 12:29 p.m. to the 1100 block of Rhodes Court on a report of a license plate theft. The theft occurred between 6 a.m. Dec. 6 and 10 p.m. Dec. 10, 2013.

Warrant Arrest


Lamont M. Johnson, 25, of the 2000 block of North Pulaski Road, Chicago, was arrested at 7 a.m. at Butterfield and Lanbert roads on an Orland Park warrant for failure to appear in court on an unspecified charge. He was transferred to the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office.


THURSDAY, DEC. 12, 2013


Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol


Luke Wiesbrock, 28, of the 1700 block of Lakecliffe Drive, Wheaton, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. at Herrick Forest Preserve on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and illegal transportation of alcohol. He posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.


WEDNESDAY, DEC. 11, 2013


Vehicle Damage


Police took a report at 4:11 p.m. that between 5 p.m. Dec. 10 and 8 a.m. Dec. 11, 2013, someone damaged a company truck while it was parked in a lot on the 2100 block of Roosevelt Road. Damage was done to the rear passenger-side gate of the truck.


TUESDAY, DEC. 10, 2013


Wallet, Wedding Ring and Shoes Stolen


Police were dispatched at 12:29 p.m. to 601 E. Kenilworth Ave. for a report of the theft of a wallet containing $15, a wedding ring, and a pair of shoes from a locker. A witness told police he saw two male whites in the locker room entering several lockers.


SUNDAY, DEC. 8, 2013


Cannabis Possession, Warrant Arrest


Vera K. Kemp, 19, of the 400 block of Crescent Street, Wheaton, was charged at 2:50 p.m. at her home with possession of cannabis. Police also arrested at 2:40 p.m. at the same location Jacques T. Walton, 25, of the 500 block of South 7th Avenue, Maywood, on charges of obstructing identification, and on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court on a theft of labor charge. Kemp posted bond and was released. Walton was transferred to the DuPage County Jail.

DUI


Daniel J. Papenfuss, 26, of the 100 block of South Charlotte Street, Lombard, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. at 2191 W. Roosevelt Road on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and possession of cannabis. He posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.


Underage Drinking


Daniel J. Perez, 20, of the 2000 block of Nottingham Lane, Wheaton, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. at Butterfield and Wiesbrook roads on charges of underage consumption of alcohol, zero tolerance, illegal transportation of alcohol, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
