Wheaton Police Arrest Man for Child Pornography

Wheaton police have arrested a 26-year-old Carol Stream man for possession and dissemination of child pornography after the conclusion of an undercover internet investigation, according to a press release from Wheaton police.

Mitchell Dunnam faces charges of child pornography dissemination and aggravated child pornography. He turned himself in at the Wheaton Police Department Wednesday, Apr. 11, police said.

He was transferred to DuPage County Jail, where his bond was set at $500,000.

Additional details are not available for release as the case proceeds to prosecution.
