Wheaton Man Charged with Public Urination in Downers Grove Park

A Wheaton man was charged with disorderly conduct after peeing in a park in Downers Grove.

Ronald Sechel, 53, of Liberty Drive in Wheaton, was charged with disorderly conduct after an officer saw a man urinating under the pavilion at Hummer Park. The police report said an open porta-potty was roughly 10 feet away from where the incident occurred.

He used to urinate out of car doors while driving down the expressways too! So this is not big deal for him. The problem is the police NEVER do anything. He has a Bench warrant (3+) and he runs to Ohio to out run them. He's so easy to find.....
