Wheaton Man Charged with Public Urination in Downers Grove Park

A Wheaton man was charged with disorderly conduct after peeing in a park in Downers Grove.

Ronald Sechel, 53, of Liberty Drive in Wheaton, was charged with disorderly conduct after an officer saw a man urinating under the pavilion at Hummer Park. The police report said an open porta-potty was roughly 10 feet away from where the incident occurred.
