SUNDAY, SEPT. 16

Retail Theft at Target, Drug Paraphernalia

Police said they charged Stephanie Brogie, 22, of Warrenville, with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at Target, 601 County Farm Road. She was cited at Target around 8 p.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

Theft at Kohl's

Police issued a local ordinance citation of retail theft to a 23-year-old Lisle man. He was cited at Kohl's, 401 County Farm Road, around 7 p.m. and released on the scene.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 15

Handgun Stolen

Someone stole an antique handgun from the Civil War expo at the DuPage County Fairgrounds, 2015 Manchester Road, between 1:15 and 1:30 p.m. The gun is worth $800, police said.

Theft at Kohl's

Police said they charged Nicole Wright, 30, of the 1200 block of Briarbrook Drive in Wheaton with retail theft. Police said she was arrested at Kohl's, 401 County Farm Road, in connection with stealing clothes around 1:20 p.m., booked at Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

Cell Phone Stolen in Wheaton Restaurant

Someone stole a $500 cell phone from the counter of a fast food restaurant in the 2100 block of Roosevelt Road around 7:20 a.m.

Bikes Stolen From Yard

Someone stole two bikes from the backyard of a home in the 100 block of North President Street between 10:30 p.m. Friday and 7:30 a.m. Saturday. The cost of the bikes is $370, police said.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 14

Cell Phone Falls Out of Truck

A man reported someone stole his $600 cell phone from the Target parking lot. He told police he thinks the phone fell out of his truck between 6 and 6:20 a.m.

License Plate Stolen

Someone stole a license plate from a white minivan parked in the 500 block of County Farm Road between 4:30 and 5 p.m. while she was shopping

GPS Unit Stolen

Someone stole a GPS unit, worth $150, from an unlocked 2005 Nissan Morano parked in the 500 block of Delles Road between 10 p.m. Sept. 12 and 7 a.m. Sept. 14.
