Underage Drinking, Drugs, Retail Theft: Police Blotter

Wheaton police reports, Nov. 5-6

TUESDAY, NOV. 6

Retail Theft

Police charged Traci Peterson, 46, of Warrenville with retail theft. She is charged with stealing consumable items in Danada Square East around 4:30 p.m. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

Controlled Substance

Police charged Kevin Kim, 20, of Warrenville with a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested at 501 County Farm Rd. at 1:45 a.m. and taken to DuPage County Jail.

3 Charged With Underage Drinking, Property Damage

Police charged two Wheaton teens and a Bartlett man with underage drinking and criminal damage to government property. Steven and Daniel Brake, 19, of the north 300 block of Papworth Street in Wheaton and Alexander Berecz, 20, of Bartlett were charged with damaging a fence and drinking in the 1100 block of Crescent Street about 12:40 a.m. They were booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
