Top of the Blotter: Prostitution, Drugs and Warrants

The following reports are from the Wheaton Police Department.

Drugs

Kostantinos Katsaros, 27, of Lombard, was charged with marijuana possession after police made contact with him at Hazelton and Butterfield around 7:15 p.m. on April 1. He was released after posting bond.

Ron Menard, 24, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, was charged with cannabis possession and delivery after his arrest around 8:30 a.m. on March 28. He was released on bond.

Prostitution

Tingting Wang, 28, of Chicago, was charged with prostitution after being arrested around 2 p.m. on March 31 in the 600 block of West Childs St. Wang was released on bond. Police offered no other details.

Warrant Arrest

Todd Valley, 31, of the 1100 block of Windsor, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant related to a driving under the influence charge. Police arrested Valley around 5:30 p.m. near College and President. He was released on bond.

Charles O’Brien, 41, of the 700 block of West Roosevelt Road, was arrested on a warrant out of Joliet alleging a violation of a court order. Police arrested O’Brien at his residence around 10:30 p.m. on March 29.
