Glen Ellyn police charged Michael P. Dieterle, 20, of the 1300 block of East Elm Street, Wheaton, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. in the 300 block of Alder Lane, police said. He was charged with public intoxication, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and public indecency. (From Glen Ellyn Patch)
