Sept. 11 Ceremony Wednesday in Wheaton

Wheaton Fire Station 1 will host the ceremony around the flagpoles at 8:55 a.m.

The Wheaton Fire Department will host a brief commemorative ceremony honoring the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.


The ceremony will begin at 8:55 a.m. Sept. 11, 2013, around the flagpoles in front of Wheaton Fire Station 1, 1 Fapp Circle, behind the Target at Roosevelt and County Farm roads.


It is open to community members. Attendees are asked to arrive no later than 8:45 a.m.
