Police: Super-glued Mailbox, Graffiti at Elementary School

Someone stole two debit cards from a woman’s wallet stored in a locker at her workplace in the 800 block of Butterfield Road Monday, Feb. 27. Police said the cards were stolen between noon and 6 p.m.

Someone cut into the catalytic converter of a Lexus parked in the driveway of a home in the 200 block of Erie Street around 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26. The cost of damage is about $100, police said.

Someone dented the driver door of a Ford Escort parked in the 1100 block of Roosevelt Road between 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26 and 9 a.m. Monday.

Someone put super glue on the top of the door of a government mailbox near the intersection of Williston Street and Coolidge Avenue around 11:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26.

Someone damaged a mailbox in the 1300 block of Creekside Drive between 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 and 1:50 p.m. Sunday. The cost of damage is $100, police said.

Someone spray painted graffiti on the south, east and north sides of Lincoln Elementary School in the 600 block of Dawes Street around 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25. According to the police report the spray paint was blue and was meant to appear as gang graffiti. However, the inferences were incorrect, police said.
