Police Report Felony Theft, Battery, Intoxication and Trespassing Arrests

The following items were taken from the Wheaton police blotter.

The following arrest reports were taken from the :

Police arrested Alvino Cummings of Chicago for felony retail theft and battery Tuesday, Oct. 11. Cummings, 36, committed the offense around noon in the 1400 block of Roosevelt Road, according to the police report. He was arrested in the 700 block of Roosevelt Road, booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released that afternoon.

Police issued local ordinance citations to two Northbrook women, 47 and 26, for retail theft at Whole Foods Market, 151 Rice Lake Square in Wheaton Saturday, Oct. 8. They were cited at 7 p.m. and released on the scene.

Police arrested Mary Burkhardt of the 900 block of Santa Rosa Place in Wheaton for battery and trespassing at Wheaton North High School Monday, Oct. 4. Burkhardt, 57, was arrested at Hawthorne School at 4:02 p.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that afternoon.

Police arrested Larry Bebo of Sandwich, IL for trespassing railroad property while intoxicated and disobeying a railroad crossing signal Monday, Oct. 4. Bebo, 52, was arrested in the 400 block of Front Street around 11 a.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that afternoon.
