Retail theft

Police arrested three Aurora residents for felony retail theft at T.J. Maxx in Danada Square West Wednesday, Jan. 5. Police said Lionel Davis, 23, Shaquita Coleman, 26 and Hector Vazquez, 26, were arrested at the store at 3:30 p.m. for attempting to steal more than $300 in clothes. They were booked at the Wheaton Police Department and taken to DuPage County Jail.

Disorderly and reckless conduct

Police arrested a Winfield man on a warrant for reckless conduct and driving with an invalid license November 24 in the 600 block of County Farm Road. David Menditto, 42, was arrested and booked at the Wheaton Police Department at 6:20 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, and released later that night.

Hit-and-run, license arrests

Police arrested a Broadview man for a hit-and-run, driving on an invalid license and failure to yield on October 15 near the intersection of Lorraine and Roosevelt. David Allen, 31, was arrested at the Rosemont Police Department around 5 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, booked at the Wheaton Police Department and taken to DuPage County Jail.

Police arrested a West Chicago man for driving with an invalid license, speeding and failure to notify the Secretary of State of a change of address Wednesday, Jan. 5. Tobias Fenske, 30, drove a black 2009 Nissan Sentra in the 1300 block of Jewell Road around 3:30 p.m. when police stopped him.

Police arrested a Naperville woman for driving with no valid license or registration and operating an uninsured vehicle Wednesday, Jan. 5. Guadalupe Aguilar, 34, drove a silver 2002 Buick Century near the intersection of Liberty Drive and West Street around 8 a.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
