Police Report Arrests for Disorderly Conduct, Battery, Controlled Substances.

Police issued local ordinance citations to two Wheaton teens and a 20-year-old Wheaton man for disorderly conduct Monday, Oct. 31. They were stopped in the 1600 block of Wilson Avenue around 10 p.m. Monday and released in the 1200 block of Coolidge at 10:30, according to the police report.

Police arrested Paul Fleck of Wheaton for aggravated battery Monday, Oct. 31. Fleck, 49, of the 700 block of Liberty Drive, was arrested in the 1700 block of Blanchard Street at 6:25 p.m. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and taken to DuPage County Jail later that night.

Police arrested a 22-year-old Berwyn man for driving on a suspended license and registration Monday, Oct. 31. Pedro Morales drove a 2005 black Volvo near the intersection of Butterfield and Wiesbrook roads around midnight when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

Police arrested a Wheaton woman for two counts of possession of a controlled substance Sunday, Oct. 30. Erin Fessler, 36, of Two Wheaton Center, was arrested in the 200 block of Hawthorne Boulevard at 2:25 a.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
