Police Report 7 DUI, 2 Theft Arrests

The following arrest reports are from the Wheaton Police Department:

DUI

Police arrested Richard Root of Addison for driving under the influence of drugs Monday, Feb. 13. Root, 23, drove a gold Pontiac Bonneville in the 0-100 block of Union Circle around 6 p.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

Police arrested Willie Patterson of the 1300 block of Lorraine Road in Wheaton for driving under the influence of alcohol Monday, Feb. 13. Patterson, 55, drove a white Dodge Intrepid near the intersection of Lorraine and Roosevelt roads around 2 p.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

Police arrested Martin Scull of Glen Ellyn for driving under the influence of alcohol Monday, Feb. 13. Scull, 55, drove a silver Chrysler 300 near the intersection of County Farm and Manchester roads around 1 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested Peter Savenok of the 1800 block of Orchard Road in Wheaton on a warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence of alcohol Sunday, Feb. 12. Savenok, 48, was arrested in the 1200 block of Butterfield Road around 7:20 p.m. and taken to DuPage County Jail.

Police arrested Jason Dale of Glen Ellyn for driving under the influence of alcohol Saturday, Feb. 11. Dale, 41, drove a green Toyota Corolla near the intersection of Fapp Circle and Roosevelt Road around 10:30 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

Police arrested Jordan Horvath of Rockford for driving under the influence of alcohol Saturday, Feb. 11. Horvath, 20, drove a silver Dodge Neon in the 500 block of Roosevelt Road around 3 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested Daniel Lemrise, 30, of Plainfield for driving under the influence of alcohol Thursday, Feb. 2. Lemrise drove a blue Ford F-150 near the intersection of Hack Berry and Park Avenue around 6 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Theft/robbery

Police arrested Joshua Lee of Aurora on a warrant for a theft that occurred in the 600 block of Main Street between 7 p.m. Dev. 16 and 3 p.m. Dec. 20. Lee, 30, was arrested at the Warrenville Police Department at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

Police arrested Fatima Robertson of the 1700 block of Roosevelt Road in Wheaton on warrants for theft of services and failure to appear for robbery Wednesday, Feb. 8. Robertson, 21, was arrested at the intersection of Lorraine Street and Roosevelt Road around 11 a.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and taken to DuPage County Jail.
