Car break-in, theft
Someone stole a GPS unit from a Pontiac G6 in the 0-100 block of Kensington Circle between 10 p.m. Apr. 25 and 8:3 a.m. Apr. 26. The unit is worth $100, police said.

Someone stole $790 in stereo equipment from a blue 1996 Honda Civic in a parking lot in the 2000 block of Roosevelt Road between 4 p.m. Thursday, May 3 and 4 a.m. Friday.
Someone stole a cell phone charger, a dispatch radio and a GPS unit from a black Lincoln Towncar in the 600 block of Woodlawn Street between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday, May 3. The GPS unit is worth $140 and the radio is worth $50, according to the police report.

Someone stole two tires from a Jeep in an apartment complex the 1400 block of Stonebridge Circle in Wheaton between 2 p.m. Sunday, May 6 and around 8 a.m. Monday.

Someone tipped over a portable toilet at Seven Gables Park, 1750 Naperville Road, around 6:30 a.m. Saturday, May 5.
Someone dented the hood and passenger door of a blue 2012 Chevy Cruze in the parking lot at 503 County Farm Road between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 2.
Someone smashed the rear window of a 2002 Chrysler Voyager in the 1100 block of Westhaven Street between 6:45 p.m. Thursday, May 3 and 12 a.m. Friday.
Someone smashed the driver’s window of a silver 2002 Mitsubishi Galant in the 300 block of Beverly Street between 6:45 p.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday, May 3.
Someone broke the window of a red 2011 Honda CRV in the 900 block of Wheaton Avenue between 10 p.m. Tuesday, May 1 and 7 a.m. Wednesday.
Someone broke a window of a house in the 300 block of Hawthorne Boulevard between Apr. 27 and May 1.
Someone broke a window of a home in the 200 block of Madison Avenue between Apr. 21 and Apr. 28. The cost of damage is $150, police said.
