Wheaton police reports, June 12-16

Thefts

FRIDAY, JUNE 15

Someone took an unsecured mountain bike from a rack outside of College Church between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13

A mountain bike was reported stolen from a rack at Rice Lake Pool some time between 2 and 5 p.m.

Someone took a cell phone from a table at President’s Park around 9 p.m.

TUESDAY, JUNE 12

Two unlocked mountain bikes were reported stolen between 12:30 and 4:20 p.m. from the Rice Lake Pool.

Sometime between June 9 and June 12, an unsecured bike was taken from a patio in the 1600 block of Briarcliffe.

Warrant Arrests

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13

Bryan McDermott, 34, of the 700 block of West Liberty, was arrested around 10 p.m. on failure to appear warrant. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

John Selden, 33, of Elmhurst, was arrested around 11:30 p.m. near Liberty and Carlton on a failure to appear warrant for a driving under the influence charge. He was released after posting bond.

Raymond Bausley, 26, of the 1000 block of Briarbrook Drive, was arrested just before 9:30 p.m. on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
