Recent DUI and warrant arrests by Wheaton police

Traffic:

Jeffrey Frantz, 58, of the 2S600 block of Kiowa Drive, Wheaton, was charged with drunken driving on Monday, Feb. 21, after a traffic stop around noon near Butterfield and East Loop roads. He was taken to the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day, police reported.

James Douthard, 38, of the 400 block of Delles Road, Wheaton, was charged with drunken driving and disobeying a traffic signal after a traffic stop near Main Street and Willow Avenue around 1 a.m. on Friday, March 4. He was taken to the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day, police reported.

Glenn Keller, 56, of Bartlett, was charged with drunken driving and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident around midnight on Tuesday, March 8, in the 0-100 block of Circle Avenue. Keller was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning, police reported.

Luis Leyva-Ricardez, 48, of Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid driver's license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 12. Ricardez was arrested near Hazelton Street and Roosevelt Road and released later in that day from the Wheaton Police Department, police reported.

Guy Nelson, 56, of Chicago, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane usage after a traffic stop near County Farm and Roosevelt roads around 1 a.m. on Sunday, March 13. He was taken to the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning, police reported.

Warrant arrests:

Joseph Santaniello, 33, of the 2000 block of Hampton Drive, was arrested around 9:15 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 20, at his home on an obstruction charge and a failure to appear warrant for burglary, police reported.

Christina Sepper, 44, of Addison, was arrested Thursday, March 3, on a failure to appear warrant, police reported.

William Plummer, 60, of the 900 block of Cherry Street, Wheaton, was arrested at his home around 8 a.m. on Friday, March 11, on an outstanding warrant. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and later taken to DuPage County Jail, police said.
