Police Blotter: Public Indecency and Theft

Man exposes himself in Rice Lake Square. Residents report White Sox flag, bike and lawnmower thefts.

A woman reported public indecency after seeing a man expose himself outside a store in Rice Lake Square around 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2. She described him as a white male between 35 and 40 years old, approximately six feet tall, 230 pounds and wearing a dark, sleeveless shirt, according to the police report. Police searched the area and did not find anyone.

Someone stole a lawnmower from a driveway in the 1400 block of Morse Street around midnight Tuesday, Sept. 6. The lawnmower, worth $500, was a 42-inch green Craftsman.

Someone stole a boy’s BMX style bike that was left unlocked in the 1200 block of Butterfield Road between 6:50 and 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2.

Someone stole a White Sox flag from a home in the 1800 block of Courtenay Drive between 1 and 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2.
