Police Blotter: Illegal Alcohol Consumption and License Arrests

The following items were taken from the Wheaton police blotter.

Police arrested a 19-year-old Colorado man for trespassing and illegal consumption of alcohol Saturday, Sept. 3. According to the police report, Nicholas Smyth committed the offenses in the 1800 block of Doncaster Court. He was arrested at 9:15 a.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of Briarcliffe Boulevard, booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released that afternoon. Smyth was previously arrested for illegal weapon use, two counts of trespassing and theft near the intersection of Briarcliffe Boulevard and Lakecliffe Drive.

Police arrested Patrice Brown, 19 of Bloomingdale for driving on a suspended license, illegal alcohol consumption, failure to dim lights and improper lane usage Saturday, Sept. 3. Brown drove a red 2000 Toyota Avalon near the intersection of Main Street and Wakeman Avenue around 1 a.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested a 51-year-old Wheaton woman for driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to signal Friday, Sept. 2. Allison Haase of the 1300 block of Main Street drove a green 1998 Honda Accord near the intersection of Harrison and Main streets around 11:30 p.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released around 1 a.m. Saturday.
