Police Blotter: DUI, Theft and Revoked License Arrests

Glen Ellyn police arrested a Wheaton man for drunk driving. Wheaton police arrested an Aurora man for a theft offense in June 2010 and a Wheaton man for retail theft, and another Wheaton man for driving with a revoked license.

Glen Ellyn police performed a traffic stop at Geneva Road and Evergreen Avenue on May 14 at 12:43 a.m. and arrested Miron Unkovic, 21, of Wheaton. He was charged with a DUI and issued a traffic citation for improper lane usage. 

Police arrested Timothy Prinz of Aurora for a count of theft in the 1800 block of Evergreen in Wheaton on Wednesday, Apr. 27. According to the police report, Prinz, 18, committed the offense on the morning of  Wednesday, June 30, 2010. He was arrested on a warrant Wheaton Police Department at the Wheaton Police Department at 2 p.m. on Apr. 27. He was booked at the department and released that afternoon.

Police arrested a Anthony Suriano of the 1300 block of Roosevelt Road in Wheaton for retail theft at Walgreen’s, 1601 Main Street, on Friday, Apr. 29. Suriano, 35, was booked at the Wheaton Police Department at around 3 p.m. and released later that afternoon.

Police arrested Eric Hardy of the 1000 block of Lorraine Road in Wheaton for a count of aggravated driving with a revoked license on Saturday, Apr. 23. Hardy, 43, drove a white 1996 Dodge Intrepid in the 900 block of Lorraine Road when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department at 4:15 p.m. Saturday and taken to the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office later that evening.
