WEDNESDAY, JULY 4

DUI, Endangering Child's Life

Police charged a West Chicago man with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and endangering a child’s life around 11:40 p.m. Mark Greathouse, 22, drove a red 1993 Chevy truck near the intersection of Gary Avenue and Geneva Road when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

Minor Charged with DUI

Police charged Adan Garay, 20, of Warrenville with driving under the influence of alcohol around 2:15 a.m. Garay drove a red 2003 Nissan Sentra near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Washington Street when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Drug Paraphernalia, Suspended License

Police charged Jordan Bergmann, 21, of Carpentersville with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license around 2:45 a.m. Bergmann drove a white 1998 Volvo near the intersection of Adare Drive and Roosevelt Road when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

MONDAY, JULY 2

Teen Faces Alcohol, Drug-Related Charges

Police charged a Wheaton teen with alcohol possession and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Liberty Drive around 12:30 a.m. Dayvontay Hall, 18, was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

SUNDAY, JULY 1

Wheaton Police Report 2 Marijuana Citations

  • Police issued a local ordinance citation to Cerica Murray, 23, of Glen Ellyn for marijuana possession near the intersection of Main Street and Roosevelt Road around 12:35 a.m. She was released on the scene.
  • Police issued a local ordinance citation to Cardaeja Burns, 21 of Carol Stream for marijuana possession near the intersection of President Street and Roosevelt Road around 3 a.m. She was released on the scene.
