Police Blotter: DUI Arrests

The following items were taken from the Wheaton police blotter.

Police arrested an Aurora man for driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, operating an uninsured vehicle and no valid registration at around 2 a.m. on Friday, Apr. 1. Wilson Devon Pearson, 23, drove a gray 2003 Dodge Durango near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Shaffner Street when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested a Glen Ellyn man with warrants for aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated driving while license revoked and aggravated fleeing and eluding on Tuesday, Mar. 29. Scott Von Lehe, 45, of the 23w200 block of Great Western Avenue, was arrested at the City of Batavia Building at around 3 p.m. Tuesday. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and transferred to the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office that evening for bond court.

Police arrested a Wheaton man for driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to signal at the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Washington Street on Monday, Mar. 28. James Douthard, 38, of the 400 block of Delles Road, drove a white 1999 Ford Expedition at around 9:30 p.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that evening.
