Police charged a Cresthill woman with driving on a suspended license around 8:20 a.m. Dionne Hubbard, 25, drove a black 1999 Dodge Avenger near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Hale Street when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.
Elmhurst Man Charged With DUI
Police charged Chris Chipain of Elmhurst with driving under the influence of alcohol. Chipain, 43, drove a red 1998 Corvette near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Wheaton Avenue around 4 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Chicago Man Charged With Battery
Police charged Pedro Martinez, 31, of Chicago with battery for an offense that occurred near the intersection of Carlton and Childs streets around 12:30 p.m. Monday, July 16. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department around 10:30 a.m. Thursday and released later that day.

Driving Without a License
Police charged an Addison man with driving without a license. Daniel Lopez, 28, drove a gray 2004 PT Cruiser near the intersection of County Farm Road and Williams Street around 2:40 p.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

Theft of Services
Police charged Raymond Bindgen, 52, of Darien with theft of services in the 500 block of County Farm Road at 8:35 a.m. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
Joliet Man Charged With DUI
Police charged Clayton Hall of Joliet with driving under the influence of alcohol. Hall, 21, drove a black 2006 Dodge Durango near the intersection of Gables Boulevard and Roosevelt Road around 12:30 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
