Police Blotter: Controlled Substance Possession Arrests

The following men were arrested for possession of a controlled substance:

• Matthew Cline of 2 Wheaton Center on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance Wednesday, Feb. 2. Police said Cline, 21, committed the offense Wednesday, Jan. 26. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department Feb. 2 and released that afternoon. 
• Kevin Riggs, 27, of Warrenville on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance Monday, Feb. 7. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail where he was held for bond.
