"Man accused of driving 142, hitting billboard pleads guilty to DUI" My friends, we need a major area-wide crack-down on DUI enforcement. These sociopaths who continue to think they are above the law and who continue to have no regard for the lives of others on the road and/or pedestrians, (including our youngsters going/coming from school and/or at-play)need to be dealt with and with the fullest extent of the law. They are "CRIMINALS". They are potential "MURDERERS"! http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/suburbs/naperville_lisle/chi-naperville-dui-plea-20130226,0,2108441.story
