SATURDAY, JUNE 30

Porsche Egged

Someone egged a gray 2002 Porsche Boxter parked near the intersection of Crescent Street and Kellogg around 7:40 p.m. The car owner told police one of the doors also seemed to be pulled off track.

$350 Bike Stolen

Someone cut a lock to steal a $350 bike in the 800 block of College Avenue between 8 a.m. Tuesday, June 26 and 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 30.

Vehicle Tampering

A resident reported vehicle tampering after noticing someone had opened one of his car doors and the car doors of two other residents at his apartment complex in the 1400 block of Stonebridge Circle between 6:13 p.m. Friday and 1:30 a.m Saturday. The three car owners checked their cars and nothing was missing, police said.

Marking on Utility Box

Someone drew on a utility box with black marker in the 1500 block of Prospect Street between June 1 and June 29.

Electrical Wire Stolen

Someone stole an electrical wire, worth $650, from a construction site in the 400 block of Roosevelt Road between January 1 and June 29.

THURSDAY, JUNE 28

$400 Bike Stolen

Someone stole a $400 bike from Rice Pool, 1777 Blanchard Street, between 1:30 and 5 p.m. Thursday, June 28.

$7,500 in Window Damage from BB Gun

Someone shot a BB gun, damaging two windows in the 900 block of Union Avenue between 4 p.m. Friday, June 22 and Thursday, June 28. The cost of damage is about $7,500, police said.

Car Part Cut from Lexus

Someone cut a catalytic converter from a gray 2011 Lexus parked in the garage at the Wheaton Center Apartments between 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 27 and 8 a.m. Thursday.

TUESDAY, JUNE 26

$175 Bike Stolen at Library

Someone stole a $175 bike left unlocked outside the Wheaton Public Library between 8 and 9:30 p.m. Police said the bike was found on the other side of the building.

MONDAY, JUNE 25

Mountain Bike Stolen from Pickup

Someone stole a $100 mountain bike from an unlocked Chevy pickup parked in the 1400 block of Avery Avenue between 10 p.m. Sunday, June 24 and 10:20 a.m. Monday.

SUNDAY, JUNE 24

$1,900 Bike Stolen from Parking Garage

Someone stole a $1,900 bike left unlocked in a garage in the 400 block of Front Street between 10 p.m. Saturday, June 23 and 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
