Police Blotter: Assault, Battery, Drug and Identity Theft Arrests

The following items were taken from the Wheaton police blotter.

Battery

Police arrested an 18-year-old Warrenville woman at Wheaton Warrenville South High School for failure to appear for a battery charge on Wednesday, May 4. She was arrested at 12:45 p.m. and released minutes later.

Drugs

Police arrested a Wheaton man for marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia at the Wheaton Center Apartments on Wednesday, May 4. Randell Beamon, 22, of One Wheaton Center, was arrested at around noon on Wednesday. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released an hour later.

Assault, criminal damage to property

Police arrested a Glendale Heights man for three counts of assault and criminal damage to property in the 200 block of Cole Street in Wheaton on Tuesday, Apr. 12. Robert Davison, 31, was booked at the Wheaton Police Department at around 10 a.m. and released later that morning.

Attempt, identity theft

Police arrested a Romeoville woman for attempted identity theft on Thursday, Apr. 7. Ronica Blackwell, 38, was arrested on a DuPage County warrant at the Wheaton Police Department at around noon Thursday. She was taken to the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office that afternoon.
