Police Arrest Wheaton Man for Damage to Property, Operating Uninsured Vehicle

Wheaton Police arrested Andrew Haines, 21, of Wheaton yesterday, Tuesday, Oct. 5 for criminal damage to property and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Wheaton Police arrested Andrew Haines of the 1600 block of Longfellow Court in Wheaton, IL, for failure to appear for criminal damage to property and operating an uninsured vehicle yesterday, Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 4:28 p.m. Haines, 21, was driving a 2008 red Ford Mustang when police arrested him at Roosevelt Road and Carlton Street.
