Battery

Police arrested Charlotte Kenard, 54 of the 700 block of Liberty Drive in Wheaton for battery Thursday, March 22. The offense occurred around 4:30 a.m. Thursday, police said. She was arrested in the 100 block of West Street around 5 a.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Police arrested an Aurora man on a warrant for battery Thursday, March 22. Felix Perez, 41, drove a green 1998 Mitsubishi near the intersection of Driving Park and Geneva roads around 3:40 a.m. when police stopped him. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Indecency

Police arrested a Westmont man for public indecency in the 1100 block of President Street in Wheaton Monday, March 19. Patrick Provenzale, 42, drove a black 20011 VW Tiguan in the 1100 block of President Street around 9:20 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

Theft

Police issued local ordinance citations to two West Chicago women, 38 and 19, for retail theft Thursday, March 15. They were cited for stealing $216 in perfume around 7 p.m. in the 400 block of County Farm Road and released on the scene.

Warrant

Police arrested a Wheaton man on a warrant for contempt of court Friday, March 16. Mark Liebing, 32, of the 100 block of West Street, was arrested at the Wheaton Police Department around 10 a.m.
