Indecent Exposure Reports on Sterling Circle

Police were alerted on Friday afternoon, Nov. 15, 2013, to two separate indecent exposure incidents involving different men — one at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, and another at 6:55 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2013.

Both incidents occurred near the Amli Apartments, 30 Sterling Circle.

In the first incident, the female victim told police she saw a vehicle back into a parking space. When she looked over at the parked vehicle, she saw the driver masturbating and arching up his pelvis so that she could see his genitalia, then smiled and waved at her. Shortly afterward, he drove away. The victim described the man as a clean-shaven, light-skinned black in his early 30s and wearing a brown jacket in a newer, midsized silver or gray sedan.

In the second incident, another female victim told police she saw a silver or cream-colored 2008 sedan with its driver-side window rolled down. The vehicle was parked in the lot, and inside was a man who appeared to be masturbating. The victim described the man as white with brown facial stubble, in his 30s and wearing a white, sleeveless T-shirt and a black, knit hat.
