The fire was brought under control within 20 minutes. The building was partially occupied at the time of the fire and all occupants safely evacuated the building. No injuries occurred as a result of the incident.

Damage was confined to the southeast section of the roof and associated building interior. The cause of the fire is deemed accidental and appears to have been related to roof repairs being performed with a heating device. Damage estimates are unavailable at this time.
