Watson was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08, as well as speeding. His red Toyota Tacoma was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 28 court date in Wheaton.
July 18: Tyler M. Vlna, of the 6800 block of Penner, Downers Grove, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. on the 1500 block of 63rd Street. Vlna was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08, speeding and no valid driver's license. His gray Nissan Altima was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 14 court date in Wheaton.

July 17: Dallas D. Dean, of the first block of 29W Bolles, West Chicago, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on the 2200 block of Ogden Avenue. Dean was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, making an improper turn, expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle. His green Ford E-150 was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 21 court date in Wheaton.
July 14: Ian P. Mckeown, of the 22W500 block of Balsam, Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. at Butterfield Road and 53. Mckeown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08. His gray Honda Civic was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 21 court date in Wheaton.

July 13: Christopher M. Johnson, of the first block of North Addison Street, Villa Park, was arrested at 6:42 a.m. at 55th Street and Florence. Johnson was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08 and making an improper turn. His white Ford Crown Victoria was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 14 court date in Wheaton.

- James D. Butt, of the 200 block of North Oak Avenue, Bartlett, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. at Highland and Black Oak. Butt was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08 and improper lane usage. His gray Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 21 court date in Wheaton.
- Kristofer B. Hackenson, of the 2000 block of Prentiss, Downers Grove, was arrested at 3:33 a.m. at Belmont and 63rd Street. Hackenson was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08 and disobeying a traffic signal. His white Dodge Pickup was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 14 court date in Wheaton.
July 22: Arturo Huizar, 23, of the 1100 block of South Mason Avenue, Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without insurance after police pulled over his blue Volkswagen Jetta for improper lane use and speeding at North and West avenues at 1:49 a.m. He was released on bond.
July 20:
- Kenneth Maurer, 37, of the 600 block of West Armitage Avenue, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his green Jeep for disobeying a traffic control device at Addison and North at 1:10 a.m. He was released on bond.
- Patrick Rizzo, 33, of the first block of Woodland Court, Lombard, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his black Nissan Versa for improper lane use at St. Charles and Spring at 12:43 a.m. He was released on bond.
July 18:
- Anthony Vechiola, 29, of the 100 block of West Washington, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police said his white Lincoln Continental struck a curb at Spring and McKinley causing a flat tire at 10:50 p.m. He was released on bond.
- Kevin Ganley, 21, of the 1N600 block of Fisher Lane, Winfield, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia at an undisclosed location at 8:18 p.m. He was released on bond.
July 15: Robert Huerta Jr., 28, of the 3500 block of Lonnquist, Franklin Park, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of open alcohol and driving without insurance after police said they found him sleeping in his silver Acura TL, which was parked on the shoulder at Roosevelt Road and Commonwealth at 5 a.m. He was released on bond.
July 18: Thomas G. Pantoni, 43, of the 7300 block of Brookbank, Darien, was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and improper lane usage. Pantoni was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on Roosevelt Road at I-355.
July 15: Aaron W. Richardson, 19, of the 3500 block of Sweet Maggie Lane, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence, hit and run and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Richardson was arrested at 4:49 p.m. at Roosevelt Road and Pershing Avenue.
July 14: Scott J. Verhil, 27, of the 1200 block of Dogwood Lane, Carol Stream, was charged with driving under the influence and speeding. Verhil was arrested at 1:59 a.m. at St. Charles Road and Lenox.
July 21: Mark J. Rittenbacher Jr., 25, of the 6400 block of Double Eagle Drive, Woodridge, was charged with DUI at 6:50 a.m. after police followed up on a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 5600 block of South Elm Street. Police found Rittenbacher inside the vehicle and observed him to be under the influence of alcohol, police said. He refused a breath test, then was charged and released to appear in court.
July 19: Carlos Melendez, 30, of the 3700 block of Honore Street, Chicago, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. following a traffic stop at McCarthy and Walker roads. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and was issued an Aug. 8 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
July 18: Mary Ann Gines, 35, of the 800 block of Singer Avenue, Lemont, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. following a traffic stop at Logan Street and Singer Avenue. She was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and improper parking on a roadway. Gines was issued an Aug. 8 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
