DUI, Vandalism in Church Lot, Theft: Police Blotter

Wheaton police reports, March 14-16.

SATURDAY, MARCH 16

$300 Taken From Cash Register 

Someone stole $300 cash from a business in the 300 block of East Geneva Road between 6 p.m. March 16 and 7 a.m. Monday, March 18. Sometime got into the closed business and took cash from a register

FTA Warrant

Police charged Anthony Larcher-Gore, 23, of the 1200 block of Briarbrook Drive in Wheaton with an FTA warrant. He was arrested about 11 a.m. at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

DUI

Police charged Michelle Cleary, 35, of Warrenville with driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested near the intersection of Roosevelt and Schaffner roads around 4 p.m., booked at the police department and released later that day.

Driving on Suspended License

Police charged Erick Hernandez, 28, of Lombard with driving on a suspended license and a warrant for driving on a suspended license. He drove a black 2002 Ford F-150 near the intersection of County Farm and Roosevelt roads around 1:30 p.m. when police stopped him. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Grafitti

The maintenance manager at the Wheaton Center Apartments reported someone spray painted the walkway between two of the apartment buildings between 9 p.m. March 14 and 6 a.m.

Window Broken in Church Parking Lot

Someone broke one of the rear windows of a 2010 Honda Odyssey minivan parked in the lot at First Baptist Church, 1310 N. Main St. between 11:40 and 11:50 a.m. 

THURSDAY, MARCH 14

Video Game Console Stolen From Apartment 

Someone stole a $350 video game console from the living room of an unlocked apartment in the 1300 block of South Lorraine Road between 10:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
