Naperville, Glen Ellyn police report charges against Wheaton residents, Sept. 30-Oct. 7.

DUI
David J. Petroskey, 69, of the 25W700 block of Ambrust Street, Wheaton, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. at Geneva Road and Nachtman Court, Glen Ellyn Police said. He was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage.

Friday Oct. 5
Retail theft
Vincent Gilbert Reiling, 53, of the 27 W 600 block of Swan Lake Drive in Wheaton, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. in the 1300 block of South Route 59, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with no driver’s license and retail theft. His bail was $1,500.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 30
Theft
Ron A. Menard, Jr., 25, of 703 W. Liberty (DuPage PADS), Wheaton, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. at Starbucks, 536 Crescent Blvd., police said. He was charged with a theft, less than $500.
