Wheaton police reports, Sept. 4-17

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17

Driving Without a License

Police charged Daniel Castro-Villalobos, 20, of Aurora with driving without a license. He drove a blue 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer near the intersection of Butterfield and West Loop roads around 10:20 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia

Police issued local ordinance citations related to marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession to Nicholas Kesler, 27, of Batavia. He was cited near the intersection of Madison Avenue and Roosevelt Road around 11:50 p.m. and released on the scene.

DUI

Police charged Daniel Clark, 24, of the south 400 block of Burning Trail in Wheaton with driving under the influence of alcohol. He drove a beige 1998 Toyota Camry near the intersection of Butterfield Road and Madison Avenue around midnight when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 15

DUI

Police charged Marleah Anderson, 64, of Aurora with driving under the influence of alcohol. She drove a silver 2000 Ford Escort near the intersection of Butterfield Road and Cromwell Drive around 11:45 p.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

Disorderly Conduct

Police issued a local ordinance citation of disorderly conduct to Cody Stephan, 19, of the 1900 block of Washington Street in Wheaton. He was cited at Jewel, 2031 Main St. around 10 p.m., and released on the scene.

Underage Driver Charged With DUI

Police charged Katy Sullivan, 20, of the 1100 block of Irving in Wheaton with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal alcohol possession and illegal alcohol transport. She was arrested near the intersection of Cole Avenue and Main Street around 2 a.m., booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 14

Battery

Police issued a local ordinance citation of battery to Linda Valez, 32, of the 700 block of Liberty Drive in Wheaton. She was arrested at the intersection of Carlton Street and Liberty Drive around 11 p.m. and released on the scene.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11

Battery

Police charged Mary Erwin, 46, of the 817 block of Cadillac Drive in Wheaton with a warrant related to battery. She was arrested at the Wheaton Police Department around 3:15 p.m., booked and released later that day.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4

Controlled Substance,

Police charged William Savone, 18, of the 1100 block of Lyford Lane in Wheaton with felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, felony obstructing justice, drug paraphernalia possession and resisting an officer. Brittney Scheve, 19, a resident of the same address was also arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. They were both arrested at their home around 7:30 p.m. and booked at the Wheaton Police Department. Savone was taken to DuPage County Jail later that night.
