BURR RIDGE

Nov. 15: Timothy A. Brady, 63, of the 6100 block of Keller Drive, Burr Ridge, was charged with DUI after he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop for failure to signal in the 6100 block of Keller Drive at 11:36 p.m., and failed an ensuing breath test, police said.

A resident had reported to police an apparent drunken driver on the same block at around 11:03 p.m. That driver was indeed Brady, who was later transported to Cook County Jail, police said, because of an outstanding arrest warrant.

DOWNERS GROVE

Nov. 16: Kirk B. Rizzardo, 21, of the 2800 block of Gabriella in Downers Grove, was arrested around 2:17 a.m. near Belmont Road and Prairie Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and speeding in a construction zone. He was issued a Dec. 19 court date.

ELMHURST

Nov. 18:

  • America Ramirez, 18, 108 N. 15th Ave. Apt. 2, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with zero tolerance DUI for being under 21 with a blood-alcohol concentration above 0 after police pulled over her gray Kia Sportage for speeding at Clinton and North Avenue at 5:54 a.m. She was released on I-bond.
  • Luis Zamarripa, 29, 891 S. Addison Ave., Addison, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Trailblazer for improper lane use at North and Elsworth at 3:16 a.m. He was released on I-bond.
  • Edgar Leanos, 18, 1315 S. 50th, Cicero, was arrested and charged with zero tolerance DUI for being under 21 with a blood-alcohol concentration above 0 after police pulled over his blue Mercury for improper lane use and tinted windows at North and Myrtle at 2:07 a.m. He was released on I-bond.
  • Joseph McGuire, 22, 7616 Drew, Burr Ridge, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his black Volkswagon Cabrio for disobeying a traffic control device at Route 83 and North Avenue at 1:26 a.m. He was released on bond.

Nov. 17:

  • Daniel Galvin, 25, 4334 W. Roscoe, Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI, transportation of open alcohol and driving without insurance after police pulled over his gray Nissan Murano for no headlights and improper lane use at North and Walnut at 2:06 a.m. Nov. 17. He was released on I-bond.
  • Matthew Krzyzowski, 27, 26709 W. Ian Court, Channahon, was arrested and charged with DUI, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled over his green Toyota Tundra for improper lane use at Schiller and York at 1:21 a.m. Nov. 17. He was released on I-bond.

Nov. 16: Antonio Navarro, 41, 2139 N. 73rd Court, Elmwood Park, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his tan Chrysler Sebring for speeding at St. Charles and Fair at 11:54 p.m. Nov. 16. He was released on bond.

GLEN ELLYN

Nov. 18: James A. Breen, 22, of the 300 block of Maple, Lombard, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Parkside Avenue, Glen Ellyn Police said. He was charged with speeding and driving under the influence.

Nov. 17:

  • Azmat Masud, 36, of the 2800 block of Aster Lane, Darien, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Royal Glen Drive, police said. She was charged with speeding and driving under the influence.
  • Christopher D. Scott, 50, of the 3100 block of North Lake Shore Drive, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. at Baker Hill Drive and Roosevelt Road, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence.
