DARIEN

April 14: Juan Delacruz, 25, of the 200 block of Radcliff, Bolingbrook, was arrested on the 8100 block of Cass Avenue at 10:01 p.m. Delacruz was charged with driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, suspended/revoked registration and speeding. Delacruz was processed and released with a May 21 court date in Wheaton.

April 12: Kevin Kallenback, 25, of the 15000 block of Wingate, Homer Glen, was arrested on the 7100 block of Cass Avenue at 4:30 a.m. He was charged with driving under the influence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding and improper lane usage. Kallenback was processed and released with a May 21 court date in Wheaton.

April 7: Ivan Glibko, 57, of the 2500 block of West Cortez, Chicago, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. on the 7800 block of Lemont Road. Glibko was charged with the following:

  • Driving under the influence
  • Driving on a suspended/revoked license
  • Operating an uninsured motor vehicle
  • Improper lane usage

Glibko was processed and released with a court date of May 14 in Wheaton.

DOWNERS GROVE

April 27: Latonia R. King, of the 2000 block of West 135th Pl, Blue Island, was arrested at 5:06 a.m. at the intersection of Finley Road and Opus. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of cannabis, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle. Her green Buick Century was towed from the scene to an impound lot. King was released on I-bond and has a June 5 court date in Wheaton.

April 20: Michael A. Gutierrez, of the 3700 block of North Greenview Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. on the 3800 block of Highland Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and no proof of insurance. His white Nissan Rogue was towed from the scene to an impound lot. Gutierrez was released on I-bond and has a May 29 court date in Wheaton.

ELMHURST

April 29: Brian Hennigan, 22, of the 300 block of North Ridgeland, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI after police responded to an attempted retail theft at 7-Eleven, 525 S. Spring Road, at 1:47 a.m. He was released on bond.

April 28:

  • Jerry Stubbs, 55, of the 8100 block of South Anthony, Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without insurance after police pulled over his blue Pontiac G5 for expired registration and driving on the wrong side of the road at Howard and Lake Street at 6:03 a.m. He was released on bond.
  • Lerin Binion, 31, of the 6400 block of South Mozart, Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without a license after police pulled over her black Kia Optima for speeding and failure to signal at Crestview and York at 3:55 a.m. She was released on bond.
  • David Sandoval, 29, of the 600 block of North Nolan, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his gray Acura MDX for disobeying a traffic control device at York and Schiller at 1:14 a.m. He was released on bond.

April 27:

  • Desmond Richard, 23, of the 3300 block of West Palmer, Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without insurance after police pulled over his Volkswagen Jetta for improper lane use at Palmer and Schiller at 2:19 a.m. He was released on bond.
  • Stephanie Sargent, 27, of the first block of South Hale Street, Palatine, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled over her red Ford Escape for driving the wrong way on a one-way street at Schiller and York at 1:48 a.m. She was released on bond.

HINSDALE

April 26: Frank R. Sasek, 21, of the 5500 block of Harvey Avenue, LaGrange, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol over .08, and improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Police at 11:38 p.m. stopped Sasek at 55th Street and Grant for improper lane usage. He was observed to be under the influence of alcohol and submitted a breath test over .08, police said. Sasek was charged and released.

WHEATON

April 28: Police charged Cody L. Costello, 22, of the 2400 block of Wydown Lane, Aurora, with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Costello was driving a blue 1992 Chevy Astro at 3:42 a.m. at Butterfield and Orchard roads when police initiated a traffic stop. Costello was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

April 27: Police charged Cynthia Arellano, 21, of the 800 block of Parkside Avenue, West Chicago, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Arellano was driving a white 2009 Saturn Vue at 1:30 a.m. at President and Roosevelt Road when police initiated a traffic stop. During the same incident, police charged Jessica Montoya, 20, of the 1200 block of South Oak Street, West Chicago, with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Arellano and Montoya were released from the Wheaton Police Department later that morning.

April 26: Police charged Matthew R. George, 55, of the 1100 block of Keim Court, Geneva, with felony aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and revoked driver's license. George was driving a white 2003 Lexus LS430 at 1:32 a.m. at Knollwood and Geneva Road when police initiated a traffic stop. George was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and transferred to the DuPage County Jail, where he was later released.

April 25:

  • Police charged Alex Zamora, 34, of the 600 block of Flame Court, Carol Stream, with felony aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and revoked driver's license. Zamora was driving a red 2004 Cadillac Escalade at 12:08 p.m. at Main Street and Geneva Road when police initiated a traffic stop. Zamora was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and transferred to the DuPage County Jail, where he remains on $7,000 bond.
  • Police charged Brian T. DeHart, 34, of the 1500 block of Dundee Drive, Wheaton, with driving under the influence of alcohol and obstructing an officer. DeHart was driving a gray 2006 Ford F-150 at 2:24 a.m. at President Street and Roosevelt Road when police initiated a traffic stop. DeHart was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

April 21:

  • Police charged Glenn T. Christon, 47, of the 1500 block of Old Forge Road, Bartlett, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Christon was driving a gray 2012 Ford E-350 at about 11:49 p.m. near the intersection of Butterfield and Wiesbrook roads when police initiated a traffic stop. Christon was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released early the next day.
  • Police charged Brian M. Cosgrove, 44, of the 600 block of East Evergreen Street, Wheaton, with felony aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol. Cosgrove was driving a black 2012 Honda CBR1000 at about 8:04 p.m. near the intersection of Jefferson and President Street when police initiated a traffic stop. Cosgrove was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and transferred to the DuPage County Jail, where he was later released.

April 17: Police charged James S. Grassman, 42, of the 200 block of North Beverly Street, Wheaton, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Grassman was driving a black 2004 Toyota Solara at about 11:18 p.m. near the intersection of Cole and Main Street when police initiated a traffic stop. Grassman was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released early the next day.

April 15: Police charged Brittany L. Rucker, 22, of the 700 block of West Forest Avenue, West Chicago, with driving under the influence of drugs. Rucker was driving a dark blue 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser at about 4:44 p.m. near the intersection of Fapp and Roosevelt Road when police initiated a traffic stop. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

April 14: Police charged Matthew Kuntz, 26, of the 1600 block of Walnut Court, Wheaton, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Kuntz was driving a silver or aluminum 2007 Infinity G35X at about 11:56 p.m. near the intersection of Butterfield and Orchard roads when police initiated a traffic stop. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released early the next morning.

WOODRIDGE

April 25: Hector Martinez, 24, of the 1400 block of Sage Drive, Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage. Martinez was charged at 3:42 a.m. following a traffic stop on International Parkway at Lemont Road.
