DUI Drug and Alcohol Arrests: Police Blotter

SUNDAY, APRIL 21

DUI Alcohol

Police charged Glenn T. Christon, 47, of the 1500 block of Old Forge Road, Bartlett, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Christon was driving a gray 2012 Ford E-350 at about 11:49 p.m. near the intersection of Butterfield and Wiesbrook roads when police initiated a traffic stop. Christon was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released early the next day.

Aggravated DUI

Police charged Brian M. Cosgrove, 44, of the 600 block of East Evergreen Street, Wheaton, with felony aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol. Cosgrove was driving a black 2012 Honda CBR1000 at about 8:04 p.m. near the intersection of Jefferson and President Street when police initiated a traffic stop. Cosgrove was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and transferred to the DuPage County Jail, where he was later released.

MONDAY, APRIL 15

DUI Drugs

Police charged Brittany L. Rucker, 22, of the 700 block of West Forest Avenue, West Chicago, with driving under the influence of drugs. Rucker was driving a dark blue 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser at about 4:44 p.m. near the intersection of Fapp and Roosevelt Road when police initiated a traffic stop. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.

SUNDAY, APRIL 14

DUI Alcohol

Police charged Matthew Kuntz, 26, of the 1600 block of Walnut Court, Wheaton, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Kuntz was driving a silver or aluminum 2007 Infinity G35X at about 11:56 p.m. near the intersection of Butterfield and Orchard roads when police initiated a traffic stop. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released early the next morning.

SATURDAY, APRIL 13

DUI, Possession of Cannabis

Police charged Michael P. McCabe, 27, of the 2400 block of Shasta Drive, Lisle, with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of cannabis. McCabe was driving a silver or aluminum 2002 Volkswagen Golf at 2:17 a.m. at Blanchard Street and Roosevelt Road when police initiated a traffic stop. McCabe was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
