Carol Stream Man Arrested for DUI

Police arrested Javier Sotelo of Carol Stream for driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, driving too fast for conditions and improper lane usage Tuesday, Feb. 1. Sotelo, 20, drove a black 1999 Chevy Blazer near the intersection of Elm Street and Naperville Road at 1:20 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
