Car Reported Stolen in Downtown Wheaton

Police are investigating a reported car theft that occurred in downtown Wheaton Monday, Dec. 5. The gray Pontiac G-6 was parked in the 200 block of Wesley Street Monday between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., according to the police report. The car owner told police she recalled locking the car Monday morning and that she is the only person with keys to the 2006 Pontiac, worth $12,000.
