Police Report Marijuana, Controlled Substance Charges

Wheaton and Glen Ellyn police reports, April 21-May 2

THURSDAY, MAY 2

Cannabis Possession

  • Police charged Samantha E. Incardone, 20, of the 1400 block of Pembroke Lane in Wheaton with possession of cannabis. She was arrested at 7:32 p.m. near the intersection of Warwick and Lorraine. Incardone was then released from the scene.
  • Police charged Oveonce C. Thomas, 21 and David L. Henderson, 21, both of Chicago, with marijuana possession. Thomas and Henderson were arrested at 1:40 a.m. on the 300 block of West Roosevelt Road. They were released at the scene.

MONDAY, APRIL 29

Cannabis, Drug Paraphernalia

Police charged Caitlin R. Azarela, 18, of the 1500 block of South Prospect Avenue in Wheaton with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested at 4:08 p.m. near the intersection of Buena Vista and Lorraine. Then she was released from the scene.

SUNDAY, APRIL 21

Cannabis, Controlled Substance Possession

Glen Ellyn police charged Shanikwa Bailey, 25, of the 900 block of South Lorraine Road in Wheaton with marijuana possession, possession of a controlled substance and illegal liquor transportation. She was arrested around 3:15 a.m. at the intersection of Lambert and Roosevelt Road, police said.
