Intent to Deliver Cannabis
Police charged Drew L. Rosenwinkel, 24, of the 1000 block of Memory Court in Glen Ellyn with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested at 5:05 p.m. near the intersection of Hale Street and Roosevelt Road. He was booked and released from the Wheaton Police Department later that night.

Cannabis, Drug Paraphernalia
Police charged Aubrey J. Aaron, 20, of the 2100 block of Stirrup Lane in Wheaton with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on the 300 block of Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn. During the same incident, police charged James M. Bedoy, of the 3S100 block of Shagbark, Glen Ellyn, with possession of drug paraphernalia. Aaron and Bedoy were released at the scene.
Suspended Driver's License
Police charged Michelle M. Wardynski, 19, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, with driving on a suspended license. Wardynski drove a dark green 2002 Chevy Trailblazer near the intersection of Roosevelt and County Farm roads at about 7:22 p.m. when police stopped her. She was released at the scene.

Warrant Arrest
Police took Kyle M. Gerdes, 25, of the 800 block of Crescent Street in Wheaton, into custody on a warrant for failure to appear in court. Gerdes was arrested at 6:53 p.m. on the first block of East Loop Road. He was transferred to the DuPage County Jail, where he remains without bond.
