SUNDAY, APRIL 28

Cannabis, Drug Item Possession

Police charged Tyler Neal Monaghan, 26, of the 1600 block of Thames Court, Wheaton, with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested at 9:06 p.m. at the intersection of Cheshire and Windsor. He was released at the scene.

SATURDAY, APRIL 27

Cannabis Possession

• Police charged Andrew D. Meyer, 28, of the 1700 block of East 22nd Street, Wheaton, with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested at 8:24 p.m. at his residence. He was released at the scene.
• Police charged George V. Schueller, 23, of the 1600 block of Briarcliffe Boulevard, Wheaton, with possession of cannabis. He was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on the 1700 block of 22nd Street. He was released at the scene.

FRIDAY, APRIL 26

Drug Paraphernalia

Police charged Parker M. DeRuyter, 18, of the 1300 block of North Summit Avenue in Wheaton with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on the 1500 block of East Prairie Street and released at the scene.

Intent to Deliver Cannabis

Police charged Abel T. Silmon, 19, of the 1400 block of Fairway Drive in Glendale Heights with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver. He was arrested at 3:55 p.m. near the intersection of Buena Vista and Lorraine. He was booked and released from the Wheaton Police Department later that afternoon.

THURSDAY, APRIL 25

Minor With Alcohol, Cannabis

Police charged Marcus K. Harris II, 20, of the 2000 block of N. Main Street, Wheaton, with the following:

• Suspended driver's license
• Possession of cannabis
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Illegal possession of alcohol by a minor

Harris was driving a white 2002 Dodge Intrepid SE at 1:45 a.m. near his residence when police arrested him. He was later released from the Wheaton Police Department.

MONDAY, APRIL 22

Aggravated Battery, Cannabis Possession

Police charged Ramon E. Vega, 25, of the 1300 block of Woodcutter Lane in Wheaton with felony aggravated battery of a protected class and possession of cannabis. He was arrested at 6 p.m. at his residence. He was booked and released from the Wheaton Police Department later that evening.

FRIDAY, APRIL 19

Possession, Theft of Services

Police charged Robert D. Foley, 24, of the 300 block of Willowbrook Way, Geneva, with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of services. He was arrested at 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Naperville and Roosevelt roads. He was booked and released from the Wheaton Police Department later that morning.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17

Cannabis Possession

Police charged Nicholas A. March, 20, of the 1900 block of Brentwood Lane, Wheaton, with possession of cannabis. He was arrested at 12:06 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Cole. He was released at the scene.

TUESDAY, APRIL 16

One With Alcohol, One With Drug Item

Police charged Hunter M. Ferguson, 19, of the 500 block of Carleton Avenue, Glen Ellyn, with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Police also charged Donell T. Adenekan, 20, of the 200 block of Maricopa, Hoffman Estates, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ferguson and Adenekan was arrested at 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of County Farm Road and Fapp. They were released at the scene.

MONDAY, APRIL 15

Cannabis, Drug Item Possession

Police charged both Scott F. Copeland, 19, of the 30W200 block of Heather Court, Warrenville, and Kelsey E. Quinn, 19, of the 1400 block of Pebblestone Cv, Wheaton, with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Copeland and Quinn were arrested at 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Greenwood and Roosevelt Road. They were released at the scene.
