Bus Crashes in Warrenville; No Students Injured

The driver of a Ford Explorer hit a patch of ice and collided with the bus, according to the Daily Herald.

A bus with students from Metea Valley and Waubonsie Valley high schools was struck by a Ford Explorer while heading east on Butterfield Road near Paterman Road in Warrenville Monday morning while on its way to an event at Elmhurst College, according to the Daily Herald. 

No students were injured after the bus went spinning into the ditch, and the driver of the Ford Explorer was taken to an area hospital after complaining of neck pain, according to the article.
