5 DUI Charges, Underage Drinking, Drugs: Police Blotter

MONDAY, DEC. 3

Driving Without a License 

• Police charged Sigilfredo Ayala, 54, of West Chicago with driving without a license. He drove a white 1995 Chevy dump truck near the intersection of Butterfield and Orchard roads around 11 a.m. when police stopped him. He was released on the scene.
• Police charged Deon Simmons, 40, of the 2100 block of West Roosevelt Road in Wheaton with driving without a license. He drove a silver 2000 Toyota Camry near the intersection of Knollwood Drive and Roosevelt Road around 10:45 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.
• Police charged Gabriel Garcia, 43, of Villa Park with driving without a license. He drove a red 2000 Dodge Ram near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Westhaven Drive around 1:40 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

SUNDAY, DEC. 2

3 Charged With DUI

• Police charged Abraham Martinez, 21, of Knoxville, TN, with driving under the influence of alcohol. He drove a tan 2007 Honda Civic near the intersection of President and Evergreen streets around 3:30 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
• Police charged Eleuterio Colon, 48, of Glendale Heights with driving under the influence of alcohol. He drove a blue 2008 Honda Civic near the intersection of Chase Street and Roosevelt Road around 2 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
• Police charged Sarvadaman Pathak, 26, of 1 Wheaton Center with driving under the influence of alcohol. He drove a green 1993 Saab near the intersection of County Farm and Roosevelt roads around 12:40 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

Underage Drinking

Police gave a local ordinance citation related to underage drinking to Timothy Curcio, 18, of the first block of West Gold Finch Court in Wheaton. He was cited at 2:35 a.m. near the intersection of College and Stoddard avenues and released on the scene.

SATURDAY, DEC. 1

2 Charged With DUI

• Police charged Michael Sooter, 29, of the 1000 block of Evergreen Street in Wheaton with driving under the influence of alcohol. He drove a white 2012 Ford F-150 near the intersection of Naperville and Roosevelt roads around 12:30 a.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
• Police charged Carrie Roski, 36, of the 900 block of Dartmouth Drive in Wheaton with driving under the influence of alcohol. She drove a gray 2004 Chevy Cavalier near the intersection of Dartmouth and Westhaven drives around 1:40 a.m. when police stopped her. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.

FRIDAY, NOV. 30

Suspended License

• Police charged Michael Darga, 28, of Lombard with driving on a suspended license. He drove a black 2009 Honda Civic near the intersection of Hale Street and Liberty Drive around 8 p.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.
• Police charged Kent Beery, 48, of the 900 block of West Thomas Street in Wheaton with driving on a suspended license. He drove a red 1996 Dodge Ram near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Main Street around 2 p.m. when police stopped him. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that day.

TUESDAY, NOV. 27

Drug Paraphernalia

Police issued a local ordinance citation related to possession of drug paraphernalia to Michael Gell, 21, of Bloomingdale. He was cited in the 300 block of Schmale Drive around 1:40 a.m. and released on the scene.

MONDAY, NOV. 26

Marijuana Possession 

Police issued a local ordinance citation of marijuana possession to Frank Gigioia, 20, of the 1000 block of Briarbrook Drive in Wheaton. He was cited near the intersection of Briarcliffe Drive and 22nd Street around noon and released on the scene.
